Merschman Seeds seeks outstanding individuals to join the sales team for various territories across the Midwest. You would be responsible for the following:

• Building the brand awareness of Merschman Seeds in the area assigned marketing selling Merschman Soybeans, Wheat, and distributing Stine Corn and America’s Alfalfa, both direct to farmers and through retail dealers
• Lead grower meetings
• Connect with the right customers to ultimately increase sales in your designated sales territory
• A minimum of three years of sales experience is required and being a Certified Crop Adviser is preferred.
• Candidates must have a valid driver’s license with good driving record, good credit and be eligible to work in the United States.

• Good candidates for these positions can come from any of the following backgrounds:
  • Other seed company DSM or RSM
  • Pioneer Pro Rep
  • Retail Agronomists ready to focus on seed and cover a larger territory
  • Potentially recent college grads with demonstrated drive and internships in the seed industry
