Maximize Yield and Protect Your Fields All Season Long with PowerCore Enlist Corn

On this episode of Cup of Joe, our team at Merschman Seeds breaks down the components of our Merschman Corn featuring the PowerCore® Enlist® portfolio of products. PowerCore® Enlist® corn is going to be bringing in new genetics that Merschman Seeds will be offering as one platform.

PowerCore Enlist corn provides herbicide tolerance to three different products, so you can spray corn up to 30 inches without having to put drops with Enlist Duo® or Enlist One® herbicide. The three different herbicide tolerance products include RoundUP®, Liberty®, and FOPs.

There are three different modes of action which include VT Double PRO® plus Herculex®. There is a broad spectrum of lepidopteran that can be controlled which is an additional mode of action to stay ahead of resistance issues.

For those who didn’t have Enlist® corn in the prior year, you can spray a product like Assure® ll herbicide to go in and clean up the volunteer corn in that system.

This year, our team will be expecting a lot of discussion about PowerCore® Enlist® corn. It will be going through a test phase so that next year, it will be available to give farmers additional options in the field.
